I'm writing a report about practical considerations for the design of quantitative PCR assay. I really need some info to understand the methods of QPCR including the relative PCR amplification efficiency, DNA double dye Oligonucleotide probe, SYBR Green I DNA binding dye and how it works, Solid –phase dependent DNA Probe hybridization assay and its principle.

if you can give me links to presentations or articles talking about them I will really appreciate it or just explain them here
