| Hi, Is anyone familiar or has experience with LCR? If so, it it possible to do an LCR quantitatively (like q-LCR)? The technique is usally used to detect point mutations, however I am interested in using it to detect (im hoping in a quantitave manner) the expression pattern of isoforms that are different from each other via a single base pair. |
