| Hey everyone, Dumb thread - maybe dumb question. Ours was a "conventional" PCR lab and now we have purchased a real time machine. I'm the only one "deputed" to work on it. The protocols for real time-PCR is clear. But could someone tell me how to interpret the data afterwards. I've sifted through a lot of literature on the net, but am still confused. Could someone please explain to me - stepwise how to do the data interpretation part. Would appreciate any help. "the confused one" |
