 Standard Curve for Another Plate Real Time PCR Hello! Do you know how I can use one standard curve for another plate? I think that I have to use the equation y=mx+b.. but I can´t understand how! | Re: Help!! It is best to avoid doing this. The only exception is if you have a very standardized protocol and use plasmid or viral vector for standard curve, (which would be very stable across runs). Only if you have that kind of documented, reference standard curve should you try it. |
