Default Pcr

Hi,
i want to check normal cytokines expression in bome marrow mesenchymal cells in this regard i performe real time pcr by using CDNA of mesenchymal cells.
After doing pcr when we did agrose gel electrophoresis i got not single band instead we got two many band in VEGF nad Flt wells.i didn't understand the reason behind it i changed temperature but the problem not resolved yet.anybody know how i will overcome this problem and why i got too many bands in one well.
