 Re: Heat Shock Protein 70 Protocol WANTED Please clarify exactly what you're looking for... Are you trying to quantify HSP70 transcript levels (mRNA)? Or protein levels? We study heat shock transcription in Drosophila and quantify hsp70 mRNA by quantitative real time PCR. |

| Re: Heat Shock Protein 70 Protocol WANTED Protein levels of HSP-70 could be assessed with many methods. Western blot and ELISA both need antibodies for this protein. |
