Exclamation Heat Shock Protein 70 Protocol WANTED

Hi friends,
My name is Demir I am research assistant at University of ADU in Turkey. I am studying on heat stress and I need a effective protocol for determination of HSP 70.

Please clarify exactly what you're looking for... Are you trying to quantify HSP70 transcript levels (mRNA)? Or protein levels?

We study heat shock transcription in Drosophila and quantify hsp70 mRNA by quantitative real time PCR.

Protein levels of HSP-70 could be assessed with many methods. Western blot and ELISA both need antibodies for this protein.
