 Unconsistent GFP expression Hi all, I'm tryint to study the activity of my promoter by fusing it to the reporter gene GFP. The organism that I use is Pseudomonas aeruginosa. For unknown reasons that scape to my understanding I'm not able to get consistent results despite that I always do the same protocol and that I control all conditions that I'm concernt. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!   |
