 catalase, peroxidase and phenolic compounds Hi, everybody. I'm looking for protocols to determine the activity of peroxidase and catalase on plant tissue (leaves) using a spectrophotometer. And other protocol to detect changes on phenolic compounds in plant tissue using hplc I need helpppp... thanks  |
