Question Where can I get me some nucleosomes?

Hi!

does anyone know if it's possible to by a sample of nucleosome length (180bp) DNA from somewhere? Histone complexed or just cut into pieces, I really need some! Sigma/Quiagen etc not being helpful...

Thanks a lot

Active Motif sells HeLa mononucleosomes (cat number 53300). I'd post the weblink but this website blocked me from doing it.

Hope this helps

From a nucleus? :P

Seriously there are purified recombinant proteins but I would think about post-translational modifications like phosphorylation and acetylation and would missing these affect your experiment?

What about proper structure and folding, etc?
