 FRET and BiFC control Hi, I'm doing a FRET and BiFC experiment studying the assembly of the T-Cell Receptor Complex assembly and dynamics in 293T cells. I'm looking for a good positive control. It should be a plasma membrane heterodimer with a cytoplasmic domain and be expressed stably in 293 cells. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.  |
