 293 cell culture at low temperature Hi, I am trying to do a temperature block at 20 C to follow an expressed protein along the secretory pathway. This has been reported using other cell types, ie. Hela, etc. I am using 293 T cells. However, they don't seem to be very happy at low temperature incubation. Has anybody attempted this? Have you been succesful? Any tips greatly appreciated.  |
