 Investigation of functional role of a transcription factor Transcription factor p99 was recently found to be abundantly expressed in highly invasive oral cancer cell line UM1 but not expressed in low invasive oral cancer cell line UM2. Design a study to investigate the functional role of p99 in oral cancer cell invasion using both UM1 and UM2 cell line models. Can anyone help with this?  |
