 MSP primers Hello everyone! I have a question concering MSP primers. How do you choose those primers? Do you create them using MethPrimer or you use those already published in the literature. From my experience, the sequences from the articles do not always work, however I have noticed that creating the primers with MethPrimer is also not easy, since depending on the sequence you put into the programme, it prepaires a variety of primers (I sometimes do not know which of them to choose).
