Homogenization for producing pure plasma membrane free ER-microsomes

I'm working with algal cells and would like to isolate ER from the rest of the cell's components for phospholipid make-up characterization. However I'm concerned with the homogenization step as most methods give microsomes that have both ER-membrane and plasma membrane patches. Has anyone got ideas for getting pure ER-membrane microsomes?
