 Problems with Establishing Standard Curve in ELISA I am trying to run a standard curve for a Fluoxetine Elisa and I am having issues with it working. I have tried changing around my concentration values and am now trying the one suggested in the actual protocol but it wont work either. I am not too sure what to do. anyone have any suggestions?  |
