| Hi, I'm using the black flourescence 96 well plates and am wondering if anyone knows a good way of reusing them. Have tried washing with water and then soaking in water over night. When checking the plates in the plate reader the background is way too high in some wells while other wells are nice and clean. A college also tried with 20% ethanol but the results were worse than with water. Would be grateful for a response! //Helena |

| HCl at a lower concentration may work..and re-washed with detergent in a ultrasonic? OK, it's just my guess. Last edited by Archonster; 09-24-2009 at 03:29 AM. |
