 E. coli mutator strain Hi, I would like to try to do random mutagenesis with an E. coli mutator strain (such as XL1-red). I wonder if someone could send me some, i would rater not like to buy them since they are expensive and some people report too low mutation rates. Thanks, Bjorn  |
