 Msp A1I restriction enzyme Hai, I am doing my project on CYP 17 gene polymorphism in Ca prostate by using Msp A1I restriction enzyme. now i have a problem with the digestion of PCR products by this Msp A1I enzyme. Please send me proper enzyme usage and protocol.  |
