| Hi, I have a problem with getting my plates to set. In 1L the media contains ca. 700mg of various amino acids, 6,9g of Yeast Nitrogen Base, 2% Agar and sterile water. After autoclaving I add 20% sterile Glucose. The first time I had problems getting them to set I started pHing them to around 7.5 That seemed to work, but now all of a sudden they're not setting anymore. I haven't changed any of the ingredients. Does anyone know any tips? Thanks |
