Red face How to prepare this solution??

I am following a protocol for extracting DNA from paraffin-embedded tissues. For extracting the DNA from tissue sections it requires me to add 200 ul water + 0.5% V/V Tween 20. I am not sure how to prepare this solution and would greatly appreciate any tips on how to prepare this.

0.5% V/V means for every 100 volumes of your final solution, there is .5 volumes of tween.

for example:
99.5 uL water + 0.5 uL 100% tween = 100 uL of 0.5% tween.

For some combinations of liquids, it's not this simple (if the final volume doesn't equal the sum of the volumes you put in, due to the chemical characteristics of the fluids) but in this case (because there is so little tween compared to water) it works.

so then it means that the ratio must be 2:1, but the computed molarity for both oleate and palmitate must be 1mM?

i mean if youre mixing two hypothetical liquids XD
