Default RNA isolation from pigeonpea



Hello friends,
I want to know the protocol for total RNA isolation from my plant
pigeonpea.Whether using kit based isolation will be ok or it will be
better to go manual RNA isolation because i dont have any particular
protocol for pigeonpea..So, please help me..
