Default embryo media

Hi everybody

I am working on embryo media. I want to deplet albumin from the media, however I can not do that as the sample volume is just 6-8 μl and the columns designing usually for more than 50 μl of sample and for serum or plasma samples. Anybody knows any protocole to do that?

Bests,

Mitra
