Default TBS/Casein 1% freeze

Hi all,
I'm doing WB with TBS/casein 1%, I would like to know if somebody freeze TBS/casein with the primary antibody in order to reuse it.
Greetings and thank you to the reply

Hey Amicia!

Yes you can freeze your 1' primary antibody with TBST in the -20 C

I have done this and the antibody is ok for a while (ie a few months)

Hi Kiki,
many thanks for the answer, did you try to re-use many time or only twice? I mean heat up and freeze it again.

Yes the antibody can work for a few freeze-thaws (2-4 sometimes more!), unless its an antibody for a phospho-protein (in the case of a phosphorylation antibody, I would use it 1 more time or use fresh).

cheers
