| Hi all members, I have amplified PCR product of 1250 bp from Genomic DNA my question is 1 Whether it can be cloned in TA cloning vector the required size. 2. how to calculate the concentration of the PCR product after the reaction |

If Taq and the like, no need to. Most MW standards come with know concentrations. Run a bit of your PCR reaction with serial dilution of the standards and estimate the amount of your product from a ~ 1 kbp band. Or gel-purify your product and do A260/A280 on it. DK |
