 Help with yeast membrane prep Hi, I need to make a preparation of yeast (Sc) microsomes for an experiment and the intact nature of the microsomes is essential. I am unable to make a preparation without a significant amount of leakage from the microsomes. Does anyone have any suggestions on this? Thanks  |
