Default Clean consumables for DNA and RNA work?

Hello,

In my lab we are using nuclease free tubes. The tubes are aliquotted into small jars from the large bags sent by the company, then autoclaved. Is this likely to then introduce nucleases back into the tubes? Also, will UV exposure destroy nuclease activity or not?

Thanks!

Go ahead and use them after autoclaving, they are fine, just keep them sterile as you open the jars and remove the tubes you want.
