| Hi, do you want to check Lactoferrin protein levels or activity? For activity (which I guess you mean) you would have to do an enzyme/protein activity assay I found a few here: Oxford Biomedical Research (800) 692-4633 SpringerLink - Journal Article FECAL LACTOFERRIN There are more assays if you search on google for these.
