| Re: Protein elution from PVDF membrane This is my best guess: cut the spot or band off the membrane, place it in a epi tube. Add 0.1%TFA/40% Acetonitrile solution in PBS. Key ingredient is the Acetonitrile. Incubate 10 minutes or more then remove the membrane, protein should be in solution. |
