| hello everyone, i need some help with a problem i need to solve. I suspect that a disease is caused by the under expresion of a protein, how would i go about proving this? How would i be able to create this protien using recombination to turn it into a treatment for that disease? Any help will be great, can figure it out. ![]() |

| hi, there are some disease caused by prions.Prion can cause disease & can infect the host.prions are same as virus but having no nuclic acid.mad cow disease is an example of this type in which a protein can modify the protein further this altered protein can cause the disease. |
