 How can I concentrate my protein? Hi all, I ran a Western blot recently and I know I did not load enough protein (I loaded only 0.8 micrograms even though I had crude protein) because I did not have enough. Not surprisingly, I didn't get any bands for my control. Does anyone know how I can concentrate my protein? Thanks in advance!  |

 Re: How can I concentrate my protein? Microcon or Ultrafree MC filter columns (Millipore), TCA:Acetone precipitation, Use less lysis/extraction buffer volumes. |
