| Hi, As my experience goes i have had no problems with Pfu polymerase for creating blunt ends. But it is very slow compared to Taq polymerase and sometimes can generate truncated products due to its high 3' to 5' exonuclease <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exonuclease> proofreading activity. RK |
