| Hello, I was wondering if you were ever able to create an effective SyBR green home mix, and if so I was hoping that you could tell me what you use. Also I have been having trouble finding a company that sells SyBR green dye independent of a kit. Do you know of one? Thank You Derek Janssens |

It's available off the shelf direct from Invitrogen. Cat. No. S7563 at around GBP167 for 500ul of a 10000x stock. Duncan -- I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing noise they make as they go flying by. Duncan Clark GeneSys Ltd. |
