| I am trying to extract a hydrophobic 20kDa protein from feed which contains oils. Has anyone got a good method or suggestions how to separate the protein from the oil so I can detect the protein in a ELISA? Thanks James |

| I think you can use reverse phase catridge to extract hydrophobic protein out.since its resin has 18 carbons in it.whereby when pour your sample the hydrophobic protein will binds with the carbons then u can eluate them using solvents. |
