 Re: Stable transfection in suspension cells I tell you. Even since I posted this question, no one has ever given me the protocol or answered my question. So I don't think the first one asked for the protocol ever got it. |

| Re: Stable transfection in suspension cells HI, every one I am new in the station. I actually intend to make some stable cell line using serum-free suspension cells . Anyone knows if the proposed carboxymethlycellulose method could work in serum-free suspension culture? Could carboxymethylcellulose slow down cell growth as these cells are normally culture in serum_free conditions? Could anyone forward the protocol to use carboxymethylcellulose for identification of clones to me? Thank you in advance |
