 Oligos labelling Hello all, The task i'm facing is labelling oligonucleotides with biotin-dutp by reverse-transcription on their mRNA targets. Is there anyone who has some experience in it? I'm still having some poor results, and often non-specific labelling occurs. Thanks alot in advance. Patrick.  |
