| Hi there, doe anyone know a straightforward (and possibly cheap) method to enrich a cDNA library with rare and medium-represented transcripts. I heard about normalized cDNA libraries, but do not really know how much difficult and time-consuming is to obtain them. many thanks roberta |

| You can use double stranded nuclease (DSN) available from Evrogen. |
