Default cDNA library

Hi there,
doe anyone know a straightforward (and possibly cheap) method to enrich
a cDNA library with rare and medium-represented transcripts. I heard
about normalized cDNA libraries, but do not really know how much
difficult and time-consuming is to obtain them.
many thanks

roberta

Default Re: cDNA library

You can use double stranded nuclease (DSN) available from Evrogen.
