make primer solution?

Can netters tell me how to make primer solution from lyophilized (from supplier company) to 100 uM (stock solution). Let say primer has 150 nmoles as recorded from company.

Let's see... What are the equations in every textbook?

concentration = moles / liter

In your case:
concentration (you want) = 100 umol / liter
moles (you have) = 150 nmol

turn the equation around to say

liter = moles / concentration

Now get out your calculator and divide

150 nmol / (100 umol / liter)

Make sure you don't drop the unit prefixes nano and micro (n and u).
