Default Lipase assay?

Greetings netters
I am looking for a colorimetric assay of lipase activity (no radioisotops or
fluorescence, sorry), a kit is preferred.
Any ideas welcome.

Lipase activity spectrophotometrically measured by p-nitrophenyl palmitate substrate
Reagents : a) Substrate pNPP : dissolve 40 mg p-nitrophenyl palmitate (Sigma N2752) in 10 ml 2-propanol (Merck 1.09634); b) Acetate buffer 100 mM pH 5.0 containing 1.0% Triton X-100 (Merck 1.12298); Stopping solution : 2% Tris containing 1% Triton X-100; c) Work substrate solution : mix 0.5 ml substrate in 4.5 ml acetate buffer. Procedure : In tube dispense 0.9 ml work substrate solution incube for 2 min. at 37 C and after pipette 0.1 ml of serum, mix and incube for 10 min. at 37 C. Stop reaction dispensing 1.0 ml of stopping solution, mix and read Abs of the p-nitrophenol formed at 405 nm.
