screening metagenomic library
 

Hi
I have consturct the metagenomic library in fosmid and store in 20% gleycerol at -70C. I want to screen the library for antibacterial activity. i shall be very glad if some one know about the procedure for the screening of fosmid library for antibacterial activity.
