Default CV026 quorum sensing

What should be the lowest level of Chromobacterium violaceum cell density to induce violacein production in Chromobacterium violaceum? Can we use C. violaceum type strain ATCC 12472 as reporter strain for all the work of QSI inhibitor screening?
