| Dear Kajeten Groicher, I read a letter from you, about a problem "pink Agrobacterium". I would take a simply question: is it possible an Agrobacterium sp. can be pink on the callus and medium? My name is Boglarka and my theme is the biolistic transformation. Our calli have infection and I think it could be Agrobacterium, wich come to another group. Waiting your answer. All the best! Boglarka |

| Agrobacterium is not pink. You may have yeast (Rhodotorula) contamination. Sandor |
