Default Transgenic mice; is it easy or difficult?

Dr. Kang,

I came across your message while looking at some other information on
the internet. I saw that you were offering services out to construct
transgenic mice and when you said others come to you because they find
it so difficult, it rang a bell for me. I work for a genotyping
company. We started because we realized how much time and effort
researchers were putting in to genotyping and still not achieving the
accuracy they needed. Plus they spend all of that time when all they
really want to know is if a particular animal is usable in their
research or not. Now we have a highly automated system for genotyping
with incredible accuracy. We send a kit with a 96 well plate and a
prepaid FedEx label, the customer places an order online, and sends it
back. When we receive the plate a barcode tells our system exactly
which assay to run on which sample and the results are made available on
line in a choice of 24 or 72 hours.

I thought that some of your customers may be interested in this service.
Take a look on-line. [Only registered users see links. ]
