Thanks a lot
My protein is not extra cellular,it is cytoplasmic soluble PBP.What's the
function of PMFS?I have gone through several literature where they use EDTA
for optimum activity of lysozyme.So without EDTA is it possible to get
optimum activity of lysozym?
