| Hello, Has anyone used the commercially available cryopreserved primary cultured mouse cortical neurons for immunocytochemistry or other experiments and thereby optimized the culture conditions? If so please let me know the conditions of coating the coverslips, like what is the final dilution of Poly L lysine / Poly D Lysine used? What is the maximum yield of neurons and what are the culture conditions and anything relevant would be helpful. A detailed protocol will be highly appreciated as well.
