Default haplotype

Hii,
how do you determine the haplotypes based on the
band sizes on an agarose gel, when you do a triple
digest- RFLP?
moreover, how do you overcome the problem of
double/triple heterozygotes when you construct a
haplotype?
Thanks,
Vimal
