Default RNA/DNA/Protein extraction

Hi,

I'd like to cover all the bases on a very small frozen tumour sample and
extract RNA, DNA and protein from it. The basic Trizol reaction will
separate RNA from DNA/protein but how can I get the DNA and protein apart
from the interphase/phenol fraction left behind after RNA extraction? Or is
there a better way to do this?

Any ideas?

TIA

Ian Mc

You can find the protocol in Invitrogen's website. Its easy, although the
DNA quality wasn't great when I tried it, however it's fine enough for PCR.
