Oxygen / nitric oxide measurements

I have been working with NO and O2 electrodes [WPI] to measure
concentration of each gas in aqueous systems. But now I want to monitor
the gases in the lipid phase, and I'm afraid my electrodes won't work
that well in lipids, and that calibration will be tricky.
Any suggestions?

There are some lipid-soluble spin taps or fluorescent traps (at least
for NO and reactive oxygen, I'm not sure about O2) which might be
suitable if you have access to either ESR or a fluorimeter. Check the
Molecular Probes catalog.
