Default DNA destruction

Dear members,

Please, If I wish to have the highest chance possible that I have completelly inactivated/destroyed GMOs and their genetic material, what you suggest as the best method ? Fire, chemicals...?

Exclamation Re: DNA destruction

I purchased a depyrogenation oven to try and destroy RNA/DNA strands. We are currently trying to mass produce molecular products that contain human DNA and we need to ensure that we do not cross contaminate our products. If we use this oven @ 250 deg C for 30 minutes will that destroy the DNA strands? Are there any articles on this that i can reference?
