Q: multiple bands on Quikchange Dear molbio gurus, I used PfuTurbo and PfuUltra for quikchange mutagenesis and got different results. I have either a small band or a (correct) large band with PfuUltra while PfuTurbo yields two bands with similar sizes (probably larger one being the correct one?).
