Default Designing degenerate primers

Greetings!
A newbie question: after doing a multiple protein (or cDNA) alignment
on the program I usually use, I am not able to save the consensus
sequence. Therefore it is very tedious to enter it manually to design
degenerate primers.
I am sure it must be easy to do this with some kind of application
somewhere out there! Make a multiple alignment, save the consensus
sequence and directly use it for primer design! Or am I missing
something obvious?

Hi Tome,

Try this:

CODEHOP: COnsensus-DEgenerate Hybrid Oligonucleotide Primers

Try Primo Degenerate:

You can use sinlge protein sequenence, multiple alignments of DNA or
protein sequences as input.
